1. Overview
We take pride in providing high-quality products. Because most of our items are food and perishable, our return policy ensures both hygiene and fairness.

2. Eligible Returns
A return or replacement is accepted only if:
– The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery; and
– You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence sent to online@desifoods.ae

3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used products, items without original packaging, change-of-mind orders, or improperly stored products after delivery are non-returnable.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Refunds are subject to quality inspection and verification.

5. Replacements
Where stock permits, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled unless covered under Section 2.
Prepaid cancellation refunds take 5–7 business days.

7. Delivery Delays
If an order is delayed beyond the stated delivery window, contact us for investigation and resolution (re-delivery or refund).
