All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and email confirmation.
Accepted payments: credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or incorrect transaction.

4. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver in Dubai only unless it is clearly mentioned in our website.
Delivery times and fees appear at checkout.
Titli Foods is not responsible for courier delays or force-majeure events.
Please provide accurate delivery details to avoid failed deliveries.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
As food products are perishable, returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours with photo/video evidence.
Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Requests outside this window or without proof may be declined.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content—text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of Titli Foodstuff Trading LLC and protected under UAE copyright law.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
Titli Foods is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value. Please check the quality of the product at the time of delivery, if you accept the delivery that means you are completely satisfied with the quality of the products.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by UAE law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
